PECET Web Counseling :
The qualified and eligible candidates of PECET-2011 Examinations are informed to attend certificate verification for Web counseling for admission into B.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed courses for the academic year 2011-12 as per the schedule given below at any one of the Help Line centers i.e. 1.Hyderabad: Nizam College, Basheerbagh, 2.Warangal: Kakatiya University, 3.Visakhapatnam: Andhra University, 4. Guntur: Acharya Nagarjuna University, 5. Ananthapur: Sri Krishna Devaraya University 6.Tirupathi: Sri Venkateswara University.

The help line centers are open at 9.00am on the above dates.
The candidate should submit the following original documents at the time of web counseling.
* PECET-2011 Rank card & Hall Ticket
* Degree / Intermediate or its equivalent pass certificate & Memorandum of Marks
* Memo of SSC or its equivalent
* Study Certificate giving the details of past seven years of study
* Residence certificate for Preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e., Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education
* Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates
* Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O in case of Non local candidates.
* Transfer Certificate
* Candidates claiming fee exemption have to produce parental income certificate from all sources up to an annual income of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.2,00,000/- in case of SC/ST) duly signed by MRO after 01.01.2011. One set of Xerox copies of all certificates.
* In case of candidates seeking admission under SC, ST or BC Category, they have to submit an integrated community certificate prescribed by the Government and issued by the revenue authorities in the Government (Vide G.O.Ms.No.58, Social Welfare (J) Dept., Dt: 12-5-1997).
* Candidates seeking the admission under CAP category should submit a certificate from the concerned Zilla Sianik Welfare officer in the prescribed proforma, along with original military discharge certificate, Identity card, pension
certificate in case of pensioner. In case of children of serving armed forces personnel, they should produce a certificate issued by the commanding officer.
* Candidates seeking the admission under NCC category should submit N.C.C Certificate issued by the appropriate authority.
Instructions to Candidates :
1. Candidates are required to be present on the notified date and time at the notified
helpline centres with all the relevant certificates and fee.
2. Candidates are called for registration rank wise. The candidates are required to
sign in the registration register and pay the processing fee and proceed for verification
of certifictes. SC / ST candidates have to pay Rs. 150/- and all others have to pay
Rs.300/- towards processing fee which is non-refundable.
3. In case of BC/SC/ST Categories, the candidates are required to submit
integrated Community certificate duly signed by Mandal Revenue Officer [MRO].
4. Candidates claiming fee exemption have to produce parental income certificate from
all sources up to an annual income of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.2,00,000/- in case of SC/ST)
duly signed by MRO after 01.01.2011.
5. The candidates shall submit all other certificates as notified.
6. The verification officer will verify the genuineness of the certificates produced and collect the certificates.
Eligible Candidates of Eamcet 2011 of the following cattegories are informed to exercise the options using their old passwords for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in process of allotment, additional seats and seats available in new colleges/courses, if any, from help line centre or Internet facility (cafe/home) as per the schedule given below :
Important Dates :
Sep 5th and 6th 2011 – Rank : From 1 to 100000
Sep 7th and 8th 2011 – Rank : From 100001 to Last
Note : Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh. Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotment as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotment to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment.
Certificate Verification Information :
Candidates who have hot attended for certificate verification earlier and who have taken back their certificates verified once again from any Help Line Centre during 05th sept 2011 to 07th sept 2011 and exercise their options.

OU PGCET 2011 2nd Phase Counseling :
The following is the schedule for 2nd phase of counseling for admission into various PG & PG Diploma Courses offered by osmania, Telangana,Mahatma Gandhi & Palamuru Universities in their campus, constituent and affiliated colleges.
The detailed day wise schedules indicating the ranks called for counseling in each subject and the tentative vacancy position will be made available in University website: www.osmania.ac.in/admissions on 24-08-2011 by 4.00 pm. They will also be displayed at the office of the Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
All those candidates whose ranks fall within the ranks called for counseling are eligible to attend the counseling. Already admitted candidates interested in the seats available may also attend. Consequential vacancies will also be filled simultaneously. The general instructions regarding eligibility, certificates to be brought and fee to be paid are already intimated to the candidates along with the rank cards. Admitted candidates have to pay the required fee on the spot.
The candidates have to submit the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) at the time of admission itself. If relevant category candidates are not available, the seats will be filled by others as per the rules. Candidates are advised to verify the vacancy position before attending the counseling.
